They just care about the reviews and money. Had braces with them push me to switch over to Invisaligns. Adding more and more treatments I didn’t need. I eneded up in another dental office because after almost 5years of ortho treatment they didn’t help at all. My new dentist just told me this dental office was so aggressive with my teeth they grind them with no need and in a aggressive way, and having to pay all over again for someone to do the right work. This place is great! Made an appt for a Saturday for myself and my partner, who is terrified of the Dentist. I warned them in advance. From the second we walked in, everyone made him comfortable and was considerate of his fears. Eileen was fun and very kind. Dr Shaun was absolutely amazing. I've never had a cleaning that was so painless! There was no pushy upselling, it was genuine care. Cannot thank them all enough for the kindness.

Had a positive and pleasant experience! Reached out to the clinic online, and Holly, the receptionist, responded promptly, setting up my appointment and a confirmation. Holly also assisted in clarifying my insurance coverage during my visit. Eileen, the Registered Dental Assistant, was exceptionally friendly, making me feel comfortable and at ease during the X-rays! This review pertains to the fraudulent billing practices of the dental care provider, rather than the quality of their dental services. It has been observed that this office has a recurring tendency to overcharge patients for services that insurance deems unreasonable or does not cover. For instance, since November 2022, dental offices are not allowed to charge patients for personal protective equipment anymore, yet this office continues to do so. Not sure I understand their billing policy. During my last visit, they charged me for cleaning. According to them, my insurance (delta dental PPO) covers only one cleaning each year (even though two cleanings every calendar year are supposed to be covered). To my surprise, they also submitted a claim for a similar amount and got paid in full according to the claim record.
