Worst experience I’ve ever had
Horrible customer service from the receptionist Trina. Will never go back here nor recommend anyone to. Tracey the receptionist before her was amazing and would go above and beyond for her customers. I called several times to resolve a billing issue with Trina and she said she was “too” busy to help me. I am shocked at the lack of professionalism from this office. I work in the medical field and couldn’t imagine treating patients the way Trina treated my husband and I.
Dr Ordonez is an excellent dentist, and employs the best dental hygienists I've been to in a lifetime. Friendly and professional staff, as well as gentle. Dr. Ordonez seems to be able to match filling colors to teeth with accuracy, something I can't say for any other dentist I've been to in a lifetime of at least 10 dentists all over the country.
