Dr. Patel and Brooke were so good to me. I was extra high anxiety and they figured out how to calm me and take care of my mouth and help figure out what was bothering me with pain in my mouth. I will continue to go back to see her no matter what. On a side note; The check out was total opposite though 🫤 it wasn't the sweet lady up front, it was the non professional one who sits behind the door.
To start off call for appointment and they will email you some forms to fill out. For me easy way in stead out filling form in the office. Was greeted by friendly staff. Had a consultation with the dentist my was Dr. Krupa Patel. Facility was super clean and masks on all employees. Straight up front on what they're going to do and what was needed. Parking had no problem on Monday @ 3pm appointment.
Dr Thurmon and her team are awesome. They are professional and really care about their patients. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my dental needs are taken care of highly recommend this team.
