Heating broke during the winter and took forever to fix. The AC system is very small and hardly works, so summers are very hot. The laundry room is also small, so it was very difficult to clean clothes, especially since people often would leave their things in the machines for hours. Paper thin walls. Very old and dirty building and rooms. I do not recommend living here especially for the price. You can get much more value elsewhere.

This property has been nothing short of a nightmare. From constant maintenance issues that leave us without functioning plumbing, electricity, or proper heating and cooling systems to a seemingly endless battle with pests, including rodents and insects, it's hard to find a moment of peace. The noise level is unbearable due to loud neighbors, paper-thin walls, and chaotic common areas. We were charged for cable and internet and we didnt get either. They raised rent but didn't update anything in the apartment. Parking is horrible, they took months to replace the refrigerator. And to top it off, they kept trying to break their written contract that we signed.

Current management entered our apartment multiple times unannounced/without notice while we were moving out. We stayed in apartment 31, which was unbearably hot during the summer, 90 plus degrees inside with the AC unit on. The previous owners refused to do anything about the AC unit, and the new owners had someone look at it, and nothing was done to fix it still. The garbage dumpster area is always littered with trash, and hardly ever cleaned. Would not recommend living here.
