A contractor I was trying to do work with connected with Alpine Consulting to complete testing for a garage rebuild on my property. I contacted and paid Alpine for the report. I never received the final sign off doc for the demo/permit requirement and when I reached out for this doc-I was told they did not have it and didn't keep records. It was digital docs so not sure why this was an issue. I had to contact another company to redo work. Unprofessional and disappointing.
