Used to be a good place / have actual Tech's here and I've been going there for over 15 years. I brought them a brand new PC asking for a simple Drive Clone and they gave me back a unit that doesn’t even work anymore! Crashes constantly! They charged $250 for a 'data transfer' I did not request. Any (moron) can do that while making coffee... So, I was then still supposed to reload all my programs manually (which the Clone eliminates need for) and they did not even 'data-transfer' my photos! WTF? I called them severa... read more
Two of my HD's crashed and I couldn't access any of my data. After looking up Data Recovery in South Lake Tahoe I found Alpine. Went in and they were able to recover all my data and put it on my new HD's. Would highly recommend.
