Saved us! We had a virus, took the computer to a big chain with computer help. They tried to get the virus off and then said that our hard drive was corrupted and that the whole thing was a loss. We took it to Alpine hoping they could at least recover the data for us so we could transfer it onto a new computer. They recovered everything and got the computer working again.
