Thanks for the quick response and service
We've used Alpine for two projects so far. At the sales/ install stage, they're great. But with both projects, we've had to request service calls because they messed up. When requesting service, it takes multiple emails, calls and finally having to go into their location to get any communication. We were charged a trip fee even though the tech told us he was coming from Buffalo back to Sheridan (We're in Story). Was quoted $500 for a job about company did for $50. Sadly I cannot recommend any longer.
