Unfortunately, despite the good reviews, these folks are mediocre. It took me two trips for them as the first time stains were not even touched. They also don’t let you finish your sentences or concerns. They just keep interrupting and apologizing.

I have gone here for years just getting standard men’s dress shirts cleaned. So they are capable of that. However I had them launder one of my nicer and hard to find shirts and it was shrunk. I have wash and dried this shirt myself before with no issue but I guess they didn’t bother to read care instructions. Nothing like paying to have your clothes professionally destroyed.

"Dishonest and Overpriced" I brought in three pairs of pants for alterations and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. On my previous visits before leaving, I asked about the pricing for an alteration on a pair of pants, and one of the staff members told me she was not sure, but the price was around $20. However, upon picking up my pants, I was charged $79.49 for the three pairs.
