Service department management needs significant improvement. Waited over 3 hours for a scheduled oil change. When I went to check on status of my vehicle the employee stated that they did not know where they parked my vehicle and had not brought it in to the shop. All the service manager could do is say sorry for the inconvenience and did not have any solution for customer satisfaction.
