My motor in my 2007 Yukon Denali was misfiring... So, I took it into Alpine to have it serviced. That next day I was told the motor was toast. I worked with Rick and Matt (in service) and they were great! We found a vehicle that we wanted to purchase from them so while they finished fixing up the new vehicle they let me use their loaner until it was ready. I was so greatful! Bought a used Escalade Hybrid from these guys. Wasn't able to drive it on the hwy- just around the block. Once we were on the road, and driving at highway speeds for almost 4 hours home, I noticed there was something TERRIBLY WRONG with the suspension! If there's one thing a Cadillac should do, it SHOULD ride like a Cadillac! Further investigation found the entire electronic suspension needs to be replaced to the tune of $1450.00!
