After working with 4 other well-intended mechanics, all who had incorrectly diagnosed my car’s issue, John spent considerable time to correctly diagnose my problem. It turned out to be completely different from what others had told me. John saved me $2500+ with his diagnosis. Very pleased.
Bill and I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Alpine! John and Denice are so kind and accommodating and helpful. We absolutely refuse to go anywhere else. Over all these many many years they have never given anything but good advice. If it’s not time to do something then they let you know when is the right time. Bill is the car person but I have needed Alpine when he was not available and they treated me just the same. They will not take advantage of you. You can’t go wrong with them!

The customer service was very help and parts receptionist was honest and the service technician did a full inspection of the car and what needs to be fix for an reasonable price.
