This apartment's redeeming feature is proximity to campus (and free WiFi I guess). I had a bad experience with management though. On move in day, they assigned me to an apartment that still had someone else's stuff in it and I had to come back later to move my stuff into a different room. The whole place was pretty run down, with old fixtures, laundry machines, and even stair railings. Also, parking under the building is not for the faint of heart or those with anything bigger than a compact car.
