This company sent a unit that was no good and gave me a hard time replacing it. They finally sent a "new" unit which only lasted 2 months and broke down again. They then said they were "done" with this and sent the money for the unit back to the contractor who needless to say never replaced the unit or forwarded the payment to us. We are elderly and have a handicapped person living in the unit that this was put in. I have now made a complaint through the Attorney General's Office.

It may have taken them a little while but everything they did for me to get my air-conditioner up and running properly was done very well!!
