RUN...and RUN VERY FAST!!! I don't know what they have going on at this place but they will schedule you for an appointment and then cancel on you the very same day! The sad part is when you call to voice your concerns about the service, they actually think it's funny or don't take it seriously. A sad, pathetic bunch to say the least! The doctor never comes in so please take your business elsewhere.
DO NOT GET BRACES HERE I am warning u they don't give u all the information upfront and then says that u are only on a two year plan.....who has ever heard of a two year plan for braces please let me know and then when u finally find another doctor to handle ur teeth come to find out they didn't give me right information it got to the point the front desk lady at the other doctor office has to called the them and get the right paperwork for me to move.....but then I got a call saying ohh we take off ur braces why all of a su... read more

I had a appointment today 06/11/2021. My appointment had to be rescheduled by the office numerous times. I used to like coming here but lately it’s been disappointing. My appointment time was scheduled for 12 (noon), it’s now 12:45 and I’m still waiting. Last time, I waited longer than a hour to be seen. Longer waits are becoming the norm. Also, it was so hot in the office! It was hotter in the office than it was outside. We are in the middle of summer so this is ridiculous. I swear thee only reason I go here is because my mother Ivy referred me , NEVER AGAIN I call this morning to get dental records because I have an appointment for surgery coming up and the rep told me to call back at 3 because she was checking in patients , I informed her that it was urgent and that I’ll hold for just a moment but I was just as important as the ppl in her face she had me on hold for 10mins to come back and tell me she was going to call me back because again the ppl in front of her were more important, I swear... read more
