It should be a negative 5. Went with my husband the man did not ask any type of questions never offered an option on why he has lost 60 lbs when I said he need a scope to find out i was blown off. Then when I went into my chart everything he put in there was lies. He spent 25 min in the room on the computer the whole time listen to heart and then left! We will be lookin for a new dr.
Alphonse is the best pcp I’ve ever had! Unfortunately my insurance isn’t taken there anymore but I highly recommend him to anyone who can go there!! He is incredible at his job and is very friendly and personable.
The best DNP in the city. He listens to you, bed side manners are amazing and I love going to my appointments. Great work at this office with him, glad he’s my pcp

Absolutely terrible experience. Buncha lazy bums who lack in communication/people skills. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but this place and go with a real MD
