What a joke this place is! Spent 5 minutes on the phone which was longer than he gave me to get to the door with a heart problem, on a rainy day in the cold. I had to get my jacket out of the closet secured the dog. I opened the door and he was racing down the street. All less than a 1.5 min. There were three cars in the driveway, he proceeded to take a picture of one I suppose upon knocking on the door and then said he thought no one was home.
