terrible experience seeing Dr Mumtaz. We were refused a prescription my children were already on due to a prior diagnosis. the medication was medically necessary and because of this situation, they had a gap in treatment of almost 2 weeks while i had to get an appointment at another facility. Now they have to start the entire treatment over again due to her negligence.
