Bosch assigned my service request to this company. The technician had Bosch’s parts but said the fridge was fine. The problem persists. The office manager asked me to get a new case number from Bosch but declined to service it when the case is in the system. Now I have to wait for another few days for Bosch to reassign. Total waste of time.
Henry was very good and efficient and polite. Also knew job. Tell him he was appreciated.
Whitney Cherry came to the house from Alpha NE and efficiently fixed my new Bosch dishwasher which was under warranty. I recommend him and Alpha NE highly.
