EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. I paid $150 diagnostic fee for a Bosch built-in wall oven/microwave repaired. During the initial visit, the technician was unable to complete the diagnosis and expected me, the homeowner, to assist with moving the appliance. Repaired my vintage standing lamp that had faulty wiring. They sourced a period-appropriate switch and shade holder to keep its original charm. The repair was affordable and the lamp is now the safe, beautiful centerpiece of my living room again.
Bosch assigned my service request to this company. The technician had Bosch’s parts but said the fridge was fine. The problem persists. The office manager asked me to get a new case number from Bosch but declined to service it when the case is in the system. Now I have to wait for another few days for Bosch to reassign. Total waste of time.
