You couldn't ask for nicer, more knowledgeable health care professionals. I have never had a long wait. I am always recommended to friends !!!!
Every staff member from the check in to the provider and nursing staff was super nice and helpful. Will be using this facility in the future for our urgent care needs.
The wait time was minimal and the care was second to none. Everyone I came across here was welcoming and kind and wanted to get me taken care of quickly! Thankful to have them in our community! I will come here again.
Best place to take your sick child. Taken my 6 month old 3 times bc he has had a cough for months, took him on base, oh it's nothing just let his immune system fight it off, could take 3 weeks..wtf no test done nothing. Now I love the military, fully support it, but come on. Took him to alpha med and we walked out with an rx for both antibiotic (ear infection) and a med to dry up the mucus that was causing his cough and wheezing.
