To any future renters : I recently left a property in Katy for many reasons. Part of this is our fault from not looking at reviews and lack of time because buying a home fell through we needed something asap and signed before seeing property. (will never happen again) The pictures on HAR are re used from years ago and do not actually depict what the house looks like. They made sure to squeeze every penny out of the deposit. Hongyan Liu was a no-show without notice. Waste of time. Then comes into my house almost 2 hours late and asks to see it anyway.
a poor experience, they fixed a whole house with the money from my deposit, I paid on time all the time, I left a clean house, they gave me the dirty house with garbage and dirty walls and with my money from the security deposit they paid for all that poor experience. I feel cheated
Did not believe it when a lady in her review stated THIS COMPANY ASSIST ONLY WHITE or ASIAN until they pulled the same attitude on us ,these people did not even look into our rental application before throwing it out. SHAME ON THEM!
