I wish I had read the reviews before ever leasing with this company! We were moving from out of town, and saw what we thought were nice pictures of the property. But in reality they were old pictures from when the house was first built. We tried sending our in-laws to tour the home for us, but this Rachel Liu person never made it available. She insisted the house would be ready by our move-in date. We showed up and the other tenants were still moving out! I highly recommend anyone in the market for a home rental or purchase to use Jessica Zhao. Her kind and helpful attitude towards people help the clients relax and learn about the properties they tour. She is a great mediator between her client and prospective tenants or buyers. Jessica is the type of agent you would hope for when trying to make big decisions for buying or renting. Highly recommended!

To any future renters : I recently left a property in Katy for many reasons. Part of this is our fault from not looking at reviews and lack of time because buying a home fell through we needed something asap and signed before seeing property. (will never happen again) The pictures on HAR are re used from years ago and do not actually depict what the house looks like. They made sure to squeeze every penny out of the deposit. Hongyan Liu was a no-show without notice. Waste of time. Then comes into my house almost 2 hours late and asks to see it anyway.
