Had a very poor customer experience at this location. The rep did not follow up timely numerous times, kept getting the instructions for the order mixed up, had zero sense of urgency and over all did not value or honor the fact that I needed something within in a week. She didn't even own the issues when they were questioned. I finally had to just cut my losses and go to another printer, who took care of me same day with zero issues.
