AlphaGraphics deserves an award—for making prices disappear and reappear whenever they feel like it. My experience with Arlene left me with zero confidence in the way they handle customers. I walked away feeling like agreements don’t matter and the final price isn’t actually final. There are plenty of print shops that value transparency. This wasn’t one of them.
Terrible experience with AlphaGraphics and Arlene. They changed the price after the payment was finalized, which is completely unprofessional. It’s hard to trust a business that treats agreed pricing like an optional guideline. I won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend them.
Absolutely disappointing experience. They changed the price at their own discretion even after the final payment had already been made. Poor communication, unprofessional service, and zero transparency. I wouldn't recommend Alphagraphic to anyone, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE
