I arrived a day early for my pick up and the product wasn’t ready. But they let me back into the dock and spend the night. Nice people and they loaded me the next morning.
If you are a small manufacturer who desires to be out of business, this is the vendor to get you there. They'll act like they care when they BEG for your account but, after that you are "too small to care about". Those were the exact words an "Officer" of their company said to me. Their automation for production is flawed, products are inconsistent and unreliable. The second we started working with them we had processing issues and began failing UL. Orbia (aka the materials monopoly) wouldn't lift a finger to help for years ... read more
