Today was my 1st day using Alpha and I must say I was skeptical since I didn’t have good experience with MAS providers.. So I had to do a review on a remarkable car service.. First off the owner is involved from the beginning confirming both your pick ups, and communicates with you quickly… Both of my drivers were on time, very pleasant, safe drivers and both vehicles were spotless… Yes, I’m very pleased I found them for all of the above but also , I know my way to treatments won’t be stressful as they have been in the past ... read more
DO NOT CALL. Called and gentleman picked up with no intro. I asked if this was Alpha. He said, “How may I help you?” So I responded, “Private ambulance?” And he said, “Okay,” so I asked, “Is this Alpha?” again and he said that company no longer exists. Not a forthright exchange.
