Nothing but trouble with camera’s, have texted them several times with no response we also had to call them and remind them twice that they haven’t sent us a bill there response was that they have had a lot of turnover in their office, camera’s still really bad. We have been told that they have done all they can do.

Alpha installed both an alarm system and camera system their system lay out attention to detail training has been awesome. I have had other companies do this type of work and in no way would I switch back. John and his team are great!

Had to fire these guys after one year, had a contract for that time or they would have been gone sooner. A one man operation that is over-extended and can't provide proper service. They never return calls, especially the owner's wife, and of course the owner is always in a conference. Do not use this service, Livewatch is much more professional for monitoring and you can install the alarm system yourself.

I had there salesmen come out & come to find out everything the guy told me was a lie. They showed up a day late an didn't bring the stuff we had ordered. Then when I called the salesman he makes up reasons why there late an didn't bring the right stuff.

Sent letter of cancelation. Have not lived there since November 2015 got a shock when I received a bill still being taken from my bank . Little pissed.

I have been a client of AlphaTec for over a year now and felt it was time to share the love. I have their service on 3 different address and must say their customer service is second to none. I have called them at all hours when I have had an issue and 1st they answered their phone locally and live. 2nd most issues were solved over the phone, when John had to come out on a Sunday it was quick and painless.
