Great company! I see them all over Los Angeles and Orange County for years. Finally used them when purchasing my first home and they were extremely helpful!
We hired this company in 2014 to repair our foundation. The floors were sloped, there were lots of cracks in the wall, and at that point we could barely open the front door due to shifting. Charlie gave us an estimate of $30k to repair the front half of our house (down from his original estimate of $60k). We should have gotten more estimates, but he seemed trustworthy and knowledgeable about the issues. We had Alpha reconstruct the foundation girders in our 1922 craftsman bungalow, all 20 of them. Great bunch of people. Very professional. The work was preformed in a timely manner and all phases of said work was pointed out to us at all times. Very happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
I chose Alpha Structural because I knew I had critical foundation issues with my newly purchased home and their inspection was most detailed, even though they may have not been the cheapest option. James, Seth, Michael, Chris, and Robert have been nothing but profession, hard working, and accommodating since the day they arrived.
