Great place to have your nails and pedicure done. I've been going to Alpha nails for many years.
I had a pedicure and my acrylic nails soaked off with a manicure. It was busier than normal so I waited over an hour before being helped.
Kelly did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure my nails were healthy and that I got the result I asked for! Thank you:)
filed my nails wayyy too much on the sides to the point where they hurt now, uneven paint job, and during the process the nail tech got the wet acrylic dip powder all over the tip of my finger which caused a burning sensation. did not seem to really know what she was doing.
I went in over two hours before they closed and asked for manicure pedicure… They had two people in chairs getting services done and numerous technicians sitting around the space and I was told they didn’t have room for me because they plan to go home early… Then why are their business hours postedif they don’t plan to work them?
