Poor customer service at Alvin Nails on Five Mile and Farmington. The tech was unfriendly, and my nails were uneven with sloppy polish. They made a mistake but refused to fix it until I insisted. I won’t return. All customers should be treated like stars.
I asked for a polish change which cost me $30. Only two (light) coats of polish and she cut me me during the process.
Great place to have your nails and pedicure done. I've been going to Alpha nails for many years.
I had a pedicure and my acrylic nails soaked off with a manicure. It was busier than normal so I waited over an hour before being helped.
Kelly did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure my nails were healthy and that I got the result I asked for! Thank you:)
