I had an issue with a backed up sewer over the weekend. I contacted Dennis on Monday and even though I am a new customer he had a crew at my house within the hour. Rick and Sam did an outstanding job of clearing the sewer. They completed the job in a timely and professional manner and the charges were very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call them again when I need their service.

Dennis and his crew are honest, get to the root of the problem and fix it. I have hired them several times over at least 35 years and they charge a reasonable fee and do not pad the bill.I would recommend them for any plumbing need you have. ******* ******

Call someone else Showed up and within 20 minutes I had no water. Owner called me and blamed me then lied to the BBB when I filed a complaint against them. Will not stand by their work and ended up costing me more to fix their mistake.
Terrible Service I had to call someone else to finish the job they messed up on. Call someone else for your plumbing needs as they are not reliable at all.
Alpha Sewer Service of Belleville Dennis runs a great business. He gets to my problems promptly and is very reasonably priced. I would trust his judgement on any sewer issue and he never tries to do unnecessary services just to raise the cost. He is honest and trustworthy. I have used him for years to take care of my home and rental properties.
Excellent ! I called this company this morning because my sewer was backing up. They were here within and hour and finished in no time. The price was extremely reasonable, the gentlemen who came out were courteous and helpful. I will absolutely use their services again and recommend them to friends.
Long on experience with older properties in Belleville, his notebook had underground details of our house from a visit over 30 years ago, saving diagnosis time. Professional and affordable if you need sewer cleanout, these guys are a better choice than a general plumber.
