We too hired ARCS for mold remediation and roofing. The mold remediation was finally accomplished after several iterations. The restoration also took a long time. The roof was supposed to be guaranteed for 20 years. Klaus (the owner) said that they would come out once a year to inspect. They used a Gayco product and we are still getting blistering. Did NOT keep promises. The owner of ARCS, Mr. Klaus Herring, promised a thirty year roof with a written guarantee. He delivered on the roof work, but NOT the guarantee. Throughout the ten months I have known him, he kept postponing and lying about the roof inspection and guarantee coming. Neither inspection by the roofing company nor the written guarantee has been delivered . Although I had a great experience with this company early on in much of the work that they completed for me in terms of mold remediation, reconstruction and painting, some damage was caused to an expensive set of blinds. They said they would pay for the cost and then disappeared. Check their Better Business Bureau rating and keep looking for another company!

Probably not going to use this company with their driver nearly taking me out on the road. Stop signs exist for a reason!
