I have used Alpha Realty as property managers for my house for nearly 30 years, and been delighted until several years ago. There is nothing in my contract with them that states that they conduct inspections, which they obviously don't do, so for at least the past year the house has been badly abused. Workers are always high and their truck hasn't had a legal tag in years. They sit in the parking lots of the rentals smoking and expect to mess up any work a tenant might do. Only the front is clean for the public. They keep promising to take care of the termites were infested with. I'm disabled with cancer and have a disabled child with down syndrome and could still fix it better from dollar tree. They make sure you can't talk to owners, because that's who they blame it on to us. Unlicensed workers and all
