I don't ever do this, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. My garage door spring and trolley assembly went out a day before I was supposed to leave town for a business trip. My wife was staying home with our two young children so I needed the door fixed right away. I called and told Alpha exactly what was broken, both the spring and trolley assembly. Mind you, both a spring and trolley assembly together are less than $100 (I had a different company do this for our previous house for $150). They... read more

I am in the process of selling my house. The inspection report stated my garage door does not reverse when met with resistance. Ryan and Isaak from Alph Overhead Doors came to my house and showed me that my door actually does reverse when met with resistance and did not charge me a service fee. I appreciate these 2 two young men's honesty and courtesy to me. Thank you also, for nailing my weather stripping on my garage door. I give you a 5 star rating. Roxy Berg
Our home garage door broke a torsion spring, and they were able to get someone out quickly to fix it. Andrew came out and was friendly and professional, and had it fixed and as good as new in short order. We'll certainly call them again!
A wonderful family business. My double metal garage door was damaged Wednesday night with my car stuck inside. Leigh, a very professional employee, came over Thursday morning to analyze the garage door. She told me her and Pete would be over Friday morning. They were here at 7:45 this morning. Parts had to be fabricated to replace the top panel of the old door. My door was repaired by 9:00.
Burlington Little League was needing a new roll up door at one of our Concession stands. Alpha Overhead Door was recommended to me. From beginning of project to installation they were magnificent to work with. I want to thank everyone there for their superior knowledge and customer service. 10 out of 10 stars.

Just had a garage door installed yesterday. Asked my husband if it was weired that I was excited about it! :) The installation tech was super great(incert cool guy name), did an amazign job getting it put together and cleaning up. It took just a few hours to transform the outside of my house. I will mention that we needed it asap ( my current door fell on my car ) and the team was out the day I called and ordered everything super quick. - certainly worth 5 starts for service.
