On 09/11/20 Alpha overhead garage door employees came to our residence and installed two new garage doors. Ryno and Josh did a great job, answered all our questions and were done in no time. We give these two gentlemen a five star rating.

I don't ever do this, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. My garage door spring and trolley assembly went out a day before I was supposed to leave town for a business trip. My wife was staying home with our two young children so I needed the door fixed right away. I called and told Alpha exactly what was broken, both the spring and trolley assembly. I am in the process of selling my house. The inspection report stated my garage door does not reverse when met with resistance. Ryan and Isaak from Alph Overhead Doors came to my house and showed me that my door actually does reverse when met with resistance and did not charge me a service fee. I appreciate these 2 two young men's honesty and courtesy to me. Thank you also, for nailing my weather stripping on my garage door. I give you a 5 star rating. Roxy Berg
