Terrible service. Do not recommend! My daughter had braces put on at the Mason City office. Every appointment takes weeks to get in when something breaks, even with a major piece hanging in their mouth. A couple of times, they offered for us to drive 45 minutes to another office (if that was even an option). We had continued issues with seeing any changes.
