I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the experience I had with Uhaul regarding the rental of a tow dolly. The entire process from start to finish was marred by mishandling, untrained staff, and a complete lack of customer care. Upon picking up the tow dolly, it was evident that there was pre-existing damage. While Uhaul staff took a picture of the connection, they blatantly refused to document the condition of the chain. I've used Alpha several times over the years. For myself, my family, and even my sister who was out of state to come pick up something while I was gone. The service has been reasonable, however today's interaction was very disappointing. We arrived at about 14 till 1:00 and the door was locked. When we were let in we were told that we couldn't rent a unit because they closed in 10 minutes and it would take longer than that to do the paperwork. We were asked to leave and come back next week.
