Renegotiated Quote When After I had No Roof – Mr. Macias' quotes comes in about in the middle range ... not too high, not too low. Based on his reviews and his rating on the BBB I decided to go with him. The one thing that irritated me was that after I had my roof torn off, I had to renegotiate the pricing based on the fact that I had to replace a lot of my wood on the roof.
