The apartment they gave to me needed a lot of repairs and 1 month later the apartment flooded and the maintenance emergency team was called 4 times and ignores the calls . Would no recommend these apartments to enyone . On top of that my rent went up in the middle of my lease agreement.

Fair management
I just relocated to Texas and thought Vineyards at Arlington were going to have everything ready for me when i moved in they had a whole month from the time applied to get the unit ready 1. I was promised a downstairs unit and when i got keys it was a upstairs, 2. I HAVE NO HOT WATER SINCE SATURDAY 7-16 3. MY AC HAS NOT WORKED SINCE I MOVED IN , I'm diabetic and have had 2 seizure due to the heat this is unacceptable . DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!! I WISH I WOULD OF KNOW BETTER Can someone from corporate call me
