I scheduled a window with Amy for 2-4, took off work early, and the crew showed up at 11am saying no one was home, they didn’t see the scheduling note, and it was currently raining so we would have to reschedule. This has completely wasted a whole afternoon for me. If it wasn’t for our home warranty through Pulte forcing us to use them, I would find a different company. Super frustrating when you rearrange your schedule for apparently no reason.
Kenneth Trice went above and beyond! After we closed on our home, we discovered siding concerns that should have been addressed by the builder before closing. Kenneth stepped in right away and made sure everything was fixed quickly and correctly. His professionalism, clear communication, and follow-through were outstanding. Alpha Omega is very reliable, they showed up at scheduled time, and finished the job on schedule. My roof looks wonderful! They returned calls and emails promptly, which is not always the case with construction work. I would recommend them to anyone.
