This company has ignored me and my wife’s messages for almost a week and a half now. We bought new construction home and the roof was constructed by them. Recently, we had a water leak on our roof that damaged our roof, they repaired the section of the damaged roof at no cost but have refused to hire a company to repair our wall.They are also unable to communicate to us when the warranty started/ended Peter Pereira has ignored us every time we try to contact them. We received great service from Patrick Kennedy with Alpha Omega when we had a sudden and unexpected roof leak. He went above and beyond to assist us during a time of crisis.
