This company has ignored me and my wife’s messages for almost a week and a half now. We bought new construction home and the roof was constructed by them. Recently, we had a water leak on our roof that damaged our roof, they repaired the section of the damaged roof at no cost but have refused to hire a company to repair our wall.They are also unable to communicate to us when the warranty started/ended Peter Pereira has ignored us every time we try to contact them. We had an issue with our roof Patrick was outstanding from the moment I called. The roof issue was fixed right away.
We received great service from Patrick Kennedy with Alpha Omega when we had a sudden and unexpected roof leak. He went above and beyond to assist us during a time of crisis.
Alpha Omega did the excellence job for the fixing roof leak to my house. They are very professional, and they treated like their own home. Not only they fixed particular leak, they inspect the whole roof for any other issues and corrected as need.
