However, the 1 month or 1000 mile warranty doesn't mean anything because our transmission failed and they refuse to repair it without payment. We have spent months trying to negotiate around this extortion and Alex clearly leveraged the cost of a lawsuit versus the money he is demanding. It was a delight and a pleasure to deal with Alpha Omega. I found a gem, He told me the car I bought only had two owners through Carfax and Boy did I got a good deal $9000 out the door everything included it was a real delight. They’re honest good people. He has some real gems in there.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM BECAUSE THEIR WORD MEANS NOTHING!! My husband and I purchased a 2012 Passat on Nov 10, 2025 using cash that was gifted from my daughter's grandma that was intended for our daughter to use for college.
