Poor quality of work. Chair was broken so no vibration. All the polish you had a choice from was separated and wouldn't shake back together, meaning to old to use. Over charged 70 bucks for a pedicure. The place had a odor of lack of use, like stale. Only one tech there and English was poor to understand. Sorry this is how I felt
My nails are bulky and uneven. Just wanted to get out of the chair at that point. I couldn’t even show a picture of a design I wanted. Won’t be going back but thank you!
I have been getting my nails done here for about 4 months now and Cindy by far is the Best nail tech i have ever had!! She is very patient proficient and does excellent nails! I highly recommend! Best inToledo by far! I dont understand the low rating?
Worst set of nails I've ever had. Literally broke in half with very little pressure. Now I understand why they weren't busy when we walked in.
Note to self always check reviews before going somewhere.. took my mother in law to get her nails done and decided I would too. Should have known since no one was there getting thier nails done. The nail tech which i assume is also the owner was by himself he took us in and took my mother in law in he did decent with her nails. Then came to mine. He didn't fully put polish on or the clear coat my nails are also crooked one hand I told him and he seemed annoyed by it they are still not straight I just wanted it to he over and... read more
