Service has gone down hill at this nail salon. I used to praise it when it first opened, but now it's let's see how quick we can get you in and out. My boyfriend and I just left and had pedicures. It was Wam bam thank you mam quick. The hot stone massage didn't last but a minute and my stones weren't even warm let alone hot. I highly recommend Alpha nails the customer service is top tier. Katie is amazing with nails and any design. Today I went in I got a pedicure by Tracey she did an awesome job! Also I had the pleasure to sit with Ben today for my nails & he did an amazing job! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! He took his time with shaping & polishing.
We got pedicures and manicures today. Pampering and self care is top notch at Alpha Nails. Thank you John and Ben for making us feel special and providing A+ service with a pleasant attitudes and inviting environment.
I had to find me a new place to get my nails done when I moved here. This was my second visit to this location and I am completely sold on getting my nails and feet done at this location. The atmosphere is awesome and they also have a VIP room for pedicures which I found exceptional. Please forgive my ashy hands in the photo, lol.
