As I am discovering, I am not the first to have a bad experience with Alpha Motorsports of Manassas. Over the phone, answering initial questions about the price & condition of the vehicle, I was basically told what I wanted to hear and "we'll take care of you". Once there in person, it was, "Yes, but. . . . " and "Right, but. . . .". They can say all they want, "It's in the fine print." but it would have been nice (and easier) to have been told things over the phone instead.
