Alpha sold our loan to another company and failed to provide the new company with any insurance information or payments. Alpha was billed for insurance that is included in your monthly payments and never paid. Now months later I am having to track down information. The closing attorney they had us use refuse to even contact me concerning any of these issues. Unprofessional and we will never use them again. I never leave negative reviews or comments but this is absolutely ridiculous.
I highly recommend Alpha Mortgage! They are the best! Our real estate agent also commented about how easy they were to work with and how fast they had closing documents together.
Very easy to work with. Very professional!! Love the office in Jacksonville they are great!
