do not waste your time with them. I have been trying to get pre-approved for 6 weeks and every week I have been given a new hurdle and information is not being conveyed properly to underwriter. Phone appointments are not being kept and emails being partially ignored. I worked with Susan Adams who was all talk and little action.
My husband and I are first time home buyers. We had some questions about the mortgage process and what to expect. Kurt was so generous with his time; speaking with us for almost an hour. He helped ease our concerns and answered all our questions. We are so thankful for his honesty and approachability. Being new to this process, it can be intimidating, but we are thankful for people like Kurt who have helped us along the day.
