Not happy had an appointment for Wednesday 9am now it turns out they made in for the Tuesday, had something on so now I have to wait for another week before I can get in and not til 12.30 which means I will have to wait over an hour. Not Happy
this is really bad experience 3rd time if we make an appointment still we need to wait 40 or 50 minutes wait it looks like everything un organized and the medical centre is just behind making money.
I made a 3pm appointment and now it’s 4, and I am still waiting. The waiting room is barely full. I don’t know what’s the hold up.
Absolutely discouraging, unempathetic practice. I had a doctor there for 10 years and had scheduled an appointment. I turned up only to find she had left and no one tried to contact us. What happened to all my medical history? I tried to make an appointment today to my detriment and frustration told my son’s Doctor doesn’t want to see him. No explanation given. This practice has destroyed the notion of “family doctor’ . Thank you Alpga Medical Centre.
