I have no idea why their time is more important than mine. When I book an appointment 2 weeks in advance and book the first appointment at 9am it is because I am busy and I need to be organised. When you text me the day before and ask if I am still good for 9am I expect it's because you have your shit together. When I turn up at 8:55am and not seen until 9:20am you confirm that you do not have your shit together. Stop wasting peoples valuable time please.
Very disappointing experience with the pathology staff. I made a booking for a BP monitor test two weeks ahead, yet when I arrived there was no machine available. Being made to wait 4 hours for something that was booked in advance is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Where do I start. Mum n dad followed this Dr from innerwest to practice he( Dr Con Paleologos) had in Seven hills before he started Alpha Med Centre. Not only does he now think he has god status, but so do lots of his patients. Yes he gave us the spiel that he lives in North Sydney and travels to the west to help the less fortunate, but I dont see that from my view point. Terrible. Front desk women were rude and couldn't care less. Turned up at 4.05pm, in pain, asking if they took walk ins. Neither of the two ladies wanted to answer me. Eventually, begrudgingly, one woman said that if you walk in after 4pm, they can't see you, even though they shut at 6pm. The older woman was extremely curt when I was asking for advice for another medical center. I would advise everyone to find any other medical center than this.
I have been going to Alpha for almost 30 years now and have never had a bad experience. ALL of the doctors are just great. I concede there is a long wait for some doctors, however the reason for that is that they are so thorough!! A very professional practice!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alpha Medical Centre for every single medical need!!
