This clinic shows in their website that they are open on Saturdays from 8:30-1pm; but looks like they’re also close because I’ve been ringing them to book,from 8:45 onwards,so many times and its just the voice machine or operator thats answering.they have bad costumer service,think that they should update their trading hrs in the website,so disappointing!!

Dr Feibi Way is so unprofessional. I had an appointment booked in the morning for my toddler’s first flu vaccine. Dr was 30 min late. I mentioned that I had to wait for so long and she was obviously very upset and moody - did not give the best care for her patient. She did not give any instruction, explanation, or any advice and just gave the flu shot BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT HAPPY that I said she was late. So unprofessional!!! I was in and out in 30 seconds. Never seen any doctor this unprofessional. Very disappointed.
I have no idea why their time is more important than mine. When I book an appointment 2 weeks in advance and book the first appointment at 9am it is because I am busy and I need to be organised. When you text me the day before and ask if I am still good for 9am I expect it's because you have your shit together. When I turn up at 8:55am and not seen until 9:20am you confirm that you do not have your shit together. Stop wasting peoples valuable time please.
