Such a great company! I had a leaking condensation line at 3am. Dallas came out on his weekend, and flush the line out. He was kind, friendly, and was honest. He didn’t charge me after hours nor did he charge me weekend fees. I can’t say enough about this guy. He’s amazing, and got the job done.
Zero stars. This guy left a positive review for his own business, ha! That should tell you everything you need to know. His prices are the lowest and you get what you pay for. Complete nightmare from the beginning. Ordered the wrong unit twice, sent out techs for the install and they had no idea what they were doing. Incorrect wiring, ceiling damage, attic ladder damage, disrespectful and rude on the phone. Less than one year later and the brand new unit won't get our house any cooler than 75 degrees. Dallas definitely deserves your business! He has gone above and beyond to help me out with all my home ac needs over the years. The service is always quick, professional, and fairly priced. Three years ago in the dead of summer my entire outside unit had to be replaced and I was completely stressed about how I was going to cover the cost. Be careful! Don’t use this company! He is irresponsible. Racist. Almost a year ago he sold us a condenser with the installation. Everything was fine until I had to write to him because he stopped cooling the air. We contacted him to have him inspect us, it should be noted that the condenser has a one-year warranty. And this irresponsible person has been ignoring us, avoiding us. We've been after him for about a month, all that time he ignores us.
