Zero stars. This guy left a positive review for his own business, ha! That should tell you everything you need to know. His prices are the lowest and you get what you pay for. Complete nightmare from the beginning. Ordered the wrong unit twice, sent out techs for the install and they had no idea what they were doing. Everything was fine until I had to write to him because he stopped cooling the air. We contacted him to have him inspect us, it should be noted that the condenser has a one-year warranty.
