They promised to fix the seriously damaged binds before we move in but guess what, it's been the second week we are in this flat and they responded to ZERO of our mails we sent. Tried calling them and they said to mail them instead. lol so shitty.
What an over priced joke this place is. Run down and when you call to complain they say oh nothing we can do. No rules are ever followed or enforced and you can't even park in front of you apartment because no assigned parking. This place sucks.
Very positive experience, the housing market is tough in Portland and Alpha Management helped. Found a nice place with them. Kevin and Carmella were very informative and knowledgeable about the area and very professional.
This is the worst Management i have ever seen. Because of the demand.. they became worse. Worst customer experience. To fix the simple issues they asks for 10 days..
Management short of corrupt... – favoritism, *deeprooted* feminism....the all female staff at Alpha Management are hypocrites and favor people who are of the same mindset. Terrible place to live. Equality doesn't exist there.
