My husband and I went together to begin our quit smoking together. Kelly is an amazing coach and knows what she is doing. I loved all the advanced materials that helped you mentally prepare for what to expect. She came in on a Saturday to give us our treatments and they arenât normally open Saturday. I smoked for about 43 years had my appointment on October 24, 2017 put my last cigarette out at 420pm. that day had treatment walked out about an hour later and never had another craving until this day July 10,2018 still have no craving. do the cream of tartar and o.j. for a week and it gets easier yes granted I gained 20 pounds but it was close to winter and now I have lost over half of the weight now. well worth it for you health I can breathe a lot better and don't use my inhaler half as much as I didÂ
