Dr. Jenkins was very attentive to the problems that I am experiencing and made several suggestions to help me deal with them.
I came to this practice looking for relief of light headedness upon standing. Not only was I not seen by Dr. Todd Deavens until an 1 1/2 hours after my appointment, but I received a very poor quality of care. He came in, asked no follow up questions and performed no examinations to observe the onset of my symptoms, and quickly dismissed me for vertigo. My visit today with Dr.Deavens was one of a kind. He made me feel so comfortable.his nurse Lakiesha was very attentive and caring.
I rarely leave reviews but today’s experience was frustrating. I arrived for my appointment at 11:00am and went to the front desk. The receptionist (young lady with blonde hair) told me to sign the clipboard with my name, appointment time, and arrival time and said she would call me back up to finish checking me in. I signed it and waited. She never called me back and never checked me in. At 11:45am I went back to the front desk to ask what was going on and that’s when I found out I had never been checked in.
